- Orders, Billing, and Subscriptions
By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable charges listed at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
If you choose a subscription, it will automatically renew at the interval stated during checkout until canceled. You may cancel, modify, or suspend future subscription orders at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at info@vigorlabs.com at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
- Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations
We deliver our products both, domestically and internationally with our shipping partner DHL E-Commerce. Orders are processed promptly, but delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed. Within the continental US, delivery usually takes 3-5 days. International deliveries vary by location and typically range from 5 to 15 days.
International Shipping and Import Regulations: Our products are intended for sale and use within the United States. Customers purchasing from outside the U.S. are responsible for ensuring that any products ordered comply with the import laws and regulations of their destination country. Certain items may be restricted or prohibited in countries outside the United States, and we cannot guarantee that they will be permitted through customs. We are not responsible for any delays, holds, seizures, or refusals by foreign customs authorities, nor for any additional duties, taxes, or fees that may apply. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
Returns: You may return unopened products within 30 days of receipt for a refund (less shipping and handling fees).
Cancellations: Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once shipped, orders follow our return policy.

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator’s decision is final and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing prevents a party from seeking injunctive relief in court.
